A fairly representative specimen of the Mediterranean world. Brought up in Seville (PhD) and “re-fined” in Heidelberg (Post-doct), Helena has a vast experience in yeast genetics, molecular biology, cell biology and possibly any other “-ology” related to S. cerevisiae.
