Request to Hire

An application to request a hire Village Hall facilities can be made by email, post or personal delivery by downloading one of the following documents:-

Fill out the form and follow the instructions for forwarding the completed document to the Booking Secretary.

Please note that hirers that have no affiliation with Hempstead Village are required to make a deposit to secure a booking.
Listed below are the current hourly rates for the hire of Village Hall rooms.

All room bookings include the use of kitchen and all Village Hall owned equipment.

In addition the non-exclusive use of the Recreation Ground and patio at the rear of the Village Hall.

Non-affiliated applications require a deposit of £50 to secure the booking.
(Affiliated - Any person or organisation that has an association with Hempstead Village)

Special Events (Functions that require extensive setup or preparation, weddings, anniversaries, etc.)

48 hour hire - £350.00
Access to Main Hall, Side Room and Kitchen from
Nominally midday prior to date of function to midday after date of function or
By arrangement with Bookings Secretary.
